These Advertising Terms apply to direct campaigns, sponsorships and directory promotions on MSMN News.

• Insertion orders (IOs) specify placements, dates, creative specs and fees.

• Creative must comply with MSMN standards and applicable ad network policies, including Google AdSense when used.

• MSMN may reject or pause creatives that are misleading, unsafe or policy-violating.

• Cancellation windows and make-goods are defined on each insertion order.

• Until live billing is fully enabled, test or sandbox billing may be used on some campaigns.

• Invalid traffic and fraud are prohibited; MSMN may withhold or claw back inventory.
